Consistent quality, returning customer

I've been using Zolex for a while now, mostly the 4lb Containers of their Water-Activated Hand Cleaner. This last order was just as good as the ones before. I appreciate that the product quality is always consistent; it performs reliably every time. I usually buy a few containers at once, and the shipping is generally pretty quick, arriving in about 4-5 days. I tried a competitor once, but it just didn't clean as effectively. Zolex gets the job done without drying my hands out too much. It's become my go-to for the shop.

Good cleaner, slow shipping

I ordered the 12lb Pail of Heavy Duty Hand Scrub a couple weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, no issues there. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, about 7 business days, even though the tracking said it would be here sooner. When it arrived, the packaging was intact. The cleaner itself works really well; it gets grease off my hands after working on my car, usually with just one scrub. It's comparable to other brands I've used. I haven't needed customer support, so can't comment on that. The pail is sturdy, and the product texture is good, not too runny. Overall, a solid product, just plan ahead for delivery times.

Best hand cleaner ever!

I got the Cherry Scented Hand Cleaner in the Gallon Refill Jug, and I am so happy with it! This stuff is amazing. It gets my hands totally clean after a long day in the garage, and it smells great too. Not that strong chemical smell some others have. My wife even commented on how clean my hands were. I'm telling all my mechanic friends about this. I will definitely be back for more when this jug runs out!

Cleaner works, fast delivery

Got the Solvent Free Hand Cleaner. It cleans hands effectively. Shipping was quicker than expected. Product does what it says. I'd buy it again.

Effective but small dispenser issue

I purchased the Starter Kit which came with a Wall Mounted Dispenser and an 18oz Personal Size Jar. The cleaner itself, the Pumice Hand Soap, works really well on tough grime and grease. It cleans thoroughly without leaving my hands feeling too dry. The dispenser was a little fiddly to install; the screw holes didn't quite line up perfectly with my studs, so I had to make some adjustments. Once it was up, it functions fine. Value for money is decent, especially with the kit. The actual soap is great, though, no complaints there. Maybe improve the dispenser's mounting design a bit.
